I wanted to take the kids out for something different, and got just what I was looking for! We all loved the food. It was different and delicious. We're definitely going back. The plates off the kids menu were large and satisfying. They offered a variety of condiments to compliment your meal. The only hard thing was deciding what I wanted to try from their large menu.
Had the authentic Chicken Mami at Thai and Japanese Kitchen on Mansfield Road, Shreveport and it is awesome! Owner and Chef Helen does not skim on these fresh ingredients which just bring back precious memories of growing up savoring very vibrant Asian cuisine! Thank you for serving this comfort food!
This was such a a great dining experience for me and my family we came here after our daughters graduation for a small celebration just between us two and our daughter. First let me say if your looking for a place not crazy packed with people and super loud this is your place. The music was nice and soothing the atmosphere and service was outstanding!! That being said let's get to the food, the food was everything!! We sampled a various number of sushi 5 different kinds and 3 appetizers and I want to first say that they were all amazing the salmon was fresh the spicy crab was delicious then we moved on to 5 entrees with each one tasting better than the last I 100% recommend this place. You wouldn't believe that we kept having to clear the table for more plates, The food is served in large portions for a crazy low prices, our whole night it cost 150 but we ordered like fat Kings and ate like them too also would like to say the mussels shrimp crab salmon of crawfish beef and curry everything we tried was great and I recommend the Sakura rolls as a great palate cleanser while you try the different variations
Ordered my favorite dish & they nailed it! The portion was so generous, with 2 fried eggs (which I've never seen anywhere else). The spiciness level is choice of 1-5. I chose 3 which was still pleasant, but if you are a spicy lover, I'd go for 4 or 5 to get the kick. The service was great & super fast too. Recommended!
Though decently sized, it gives hole in the wall vibes. I love that. We went during lunch; it wasn't packed at all. They had very relaxing zen type music playing, and the lights weren't super bright. I loved it. The food came out quickly and everything was so good. I ordered the crab wontons. They were okay. If you prefer sweet flavors over savory, you'll love them. Their edamame was fresh, hot, and delicious. My coworker had the sushi bento box. She said everything was fresh and delicious. I had the Red Dragon roll. It was perfect and so beautifully plated.
The best pad Thai I’ve ever had. My corworker and I stayed a week in the area working and we went three times because it was that good! The sushi is delicious as well!
It may not look like much from the outside, but the food is to die for! So much to choose from. My boyfriend and I got the papaya salad, fried gyoza, pineapple curry bowl, and the sushi deluxe plate and it was all top notch. Will def be coming back next time I am in Shreveport!
Someone recommended this place to me. At first I was hesitant to go there, but I was craving some pho so I gave in and went to this place. Looks cute inside. I ordered pho, it was pretty good. Keep in mind the portions are huge. We also got kids chicken hibachi, rice was tasty. And we got cucumber and Philadelphia rolls, which wasn't too bad. The staff was nice too.
